We have 2 apartments with a small french balcony on each of them.

What is the best way to get to Lx Flowers Apartments from the airport by public transportation?
You can come by metro until the Restauradores or Rossio station, this is about 40 minutes. Or by taxi or uber, this is about 20 minutes, 30 if there is traffic.
We are 2 couples who would like to book 2 apartments on the lowest level available. Please confirm if this is possible and what level with the number of steps to each apartment. Thank you, Adolfo Maviglia
All of our apartments are on the 2nd floor. I think there are between 15 and 20 steps.

We have 2 apartments with 2 twin beds or 2 apartments with a double bed. The allocation of the apartment is subject to availability, however we try to keep the guest requests in mind.

At the moment the most available we have is from the 26th to the 29th of april
We are planning to arrive in Lisbon on August 5 and fly from Lisbon on August 13. For your airport shuttle, is there an extra charge? Do you pick up from airport as well as drop off?
This service has an additional fee of €30 per trip. If you prefer we can provide the transfer in both ways (airport – hotel and hotel – airport) as you wish for the price of 55€.

All of our apartments are on the 2nd floor of the building. I believe there are about 20 steps.
Is there parking available within the building or nearby. If so what is the cost?
We dont have parking. Usually, we suggest parking in front of the Hard Rock Café, at the Restauradores Square, it costs around 20euros per 24hours
